Brian Goldsworthy currently practises incorporates personal injury with specific attention to W.S.I.B., W.S.I.A.T., slip and fall and motor vehicle accidents. He also handles civil litigation and other associated matters.
Brian earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts and Science from Lakehead University (Dean’s list) and completed his degree in law from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. Brian brings a unique skill set as he is a former Toronto Firefighter rising through the ranks from firefighter to Captain and finally acting in the capacity of District Chief in Operations Division. Brian was awarded the Ontario medal for firefighter bravery in 1999.
His experience at emergency scenes brings a distinctive ability to make appropriate decisions when called for. Brian completed his legal training in Calgary, Alberta having successfully defended clients in criminal and family court before his call to the Alberta Bar in 2019.
In his spare time Brian enjoys time with family and friends.
