Amazona Kaloshi is a Senior Law Clerk who joined Zwiebel & Associates in 2002.
Amazona is experienced in all aspects of plaintiff personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle claims and statutory accident benefits. Amazona also has extensive knowledge in WSIB, slip and fall actions and small claims actions.
Her extensive knowledge¬ and legal experience have made her an invaluable asset to our firm.
Amazona has also completed her education in Biotechnology and Dental Hygiene. When she is not hard at work at the office she enjoys spending time with her family.

March graduated from Humber College with Honours from the Law Clerk Diploma program in 2008. She began her cooperative program with Zwiebel & Associates and has since been with the firm full time.
March has extensive tort action knowledge and takes great pride in providing our clients with compassion and respect.
Her training includes statutory accident benefits and financial services mediations. March describes her passion for the law:
“When I was younger I knew that someday I would become a lawyer. Now as an assistant to passionate litigators this confirms that I am steps away from achieving that goal. I am energized by my work because it is simultaneously challenging and rewarding. My everyday tasks are varied and interesting. They enable me to develop my logic and reasoning abilities. Each case tells its own story and being able to assist our lawyers and their clients from start to finish is gratifying”.
Joy was born and raised in the Philippines where she graduated with an Associate Degree in Computer Science. She worked in the Philippines and then moved to Hong Kong, eventually moving to Canada in 2011. She received her PSW degree from the Canadian Care Academy of Toronto in 2013.
Joy prepares documents for hearings, discoveries and mediation. She is extremely organized and offers support to all the office staff. Joy’s motto is “Never stop learning because life never stops teaching.”
In addition to English, Joy is fluent is Tagalog, Ilakano and Pangasinam.
Farnoush graduated with honours from Seneca College with her Paralegal Diploma in 2014 followed by her P1 License from the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2015. She also possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Diploma in Autism & Behaviour Modifications.
Farnoush joined our firm in April of 2015. Her extensive experience in the mental health field equips her with tremendous passion, sympathy, and understanding when it comes to managing and attending to clients who are experiencing challenging situations.
Farnoush supports all Counsel with Tort claims by preparing Statement of Claims, Affidavit of Documents, requesting and assembling productions, scheduling Discoveries, Mediations, as well as pre-trials and trials.
Outside of Zwiebel & Associates Farnoush enjoys photography, reading, and writing. In addition to English, Farnoush is fluent in Farsi.
