Jenen Sirithar, LL.B., LL.M
Junior Associate Lawyer
Jenen received his Bachelor of Laws degree from City, University of London and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Prior to joining Zwiebel and Associates, Jenen worked at a multi-service law firm in the United Kingdom and was a summer student in 2017 at a busy real estate law firm in downtown Toronto.
During law school, Jenen took part in the City Scholars Mooting Competition where he advanced to the finals and had the opportunity to argue before a judge. Jenen’s interest in personal injury law traces back to his second year of law school, where he took Tort law and realized the injustice that individuals suffer from being involved in accidents. As a result, in efforts to pursue his interest in Tort law, under the supervision of Professor Jeffrey Thomson at City Law School, Jenen completed a 15,000-word dissertation research paper. The paper aims to confront the harsh restrictions that the law places towards secondary victims who wish to recover damages for psychiatric harm. Academically, writing has served as both a passion and strength for Jenen.
Currently, Jenen focuses his practice on motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, and WSIB matters.
