Personal Injury Lawyer
Thomas Zwiebel earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in 1988 and earned his law degree from Queen’s University in 1991.
Shortly after being admitted to the Bar in 1993, he noticed a lack of access to affordable legal counsel for those who had experienced a personal injury and believed there was a better way to help those in need. His practice is concentrated in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries and disability claims. He has represented plaintiffs at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Social Benefit Tribunal, the Social Security Tribunal and Canada Pension Appeal Board.
Thomas has negotiated and mediated settlements for thousands of satisfied clients and holds a certificate in Arbitration from the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario Inc.
